My previous background has been in a reservations and sales environment moving up to Reservations Manager at a luxury liveaboard diving cruise company. Dealing with and handling advance customer/agent bookings via email for our yacht spaces to go on live-aboard diving cruises. Lots of upselling before and after cruise packages as well. Through the years working at the company I have progressed from reservations consultant, to senior reservations consultant before the natural progression on to reservations manager. I have also been heavily involved in the merge of two companies which led me on to work in Product Development on a joint booking system that handles all the inventory, finances and reporting on data. Development and data transfer with API’s, marketing and CRM management for our websites, as well. I am very customer focused and therefore the quality of my work and attention to detail is of a high level
