I have over 6 years of experience in customer service Technical support and Sales. I was a Samsung employee for over 4 years where i worked for over three years in back office providing advanced troubleshooting steps, getting complaints from customers and handling emails. I was also a Team manager for about a year communicating clear instructions to team members managing the flow of day-to-day operations creating reports and more.I have also worked for more than a year for AT&T doing customer service and sales.
