Over the last few years of schooling and working, I was able to gain enough skills and knowledge relevant to computer and costumer service. I've been working as a customer service personnel for 6 months and a quality assurance analyst for almost a year. I was also working in sales for two years that taught me great ideas about dealing with customer. In connection with my past experiences, I developed strong problem solving skills, strengthen my ability to manage conflict and deal with irate individuals. I work quickly and effectively. I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service that provides best possible result.
