I've been in a BPO industry for nearly 6 years. I gained a lot of skills like customer service and computer skills. I was assigned to different tasks like technical support, escalation desk, billing specialist and customer care. I learned how to handle different kind of complaints. Aside from the skills I've earned, I also learned values in a workplace like teamwork, integrity, accountability, patience, etc. I am a kind of person who will do my very best and will always find ways to resolved customer's concern.
