I've been supporting one of the leading e-commerce company for over 11 years with experience on both customer service and providing technical support for their products.
Aside from providing customer service, I also have experience in the following:
- Handling escalated consumer calls turning irate callers to one of their most loyal customers. On top of those expertise, I am also a part in making sure that the company that I am supporting be the most customer centric company.
- I also have been involved with leadership roles from handling a minimum of 20 employees up to handling a line of business of over 200 associates. This includes boosting employees morale and meeting all client key performance indicators from quality up to service delivery management.
- On top of the leadership roles, I have initiated a lot of projects as well. From reduction of handle time to management of efficiencies.
- Volume forecast and projection has been one of my strong suit together with financials and revenue assumptions with almost 100% accuracy. My analytical skills has been magnified by helping out a business of multiple line of businesses with different bill type.
