Hello, I'm ANGELO GUELLY but you can call me Angel for short. I worked for three years as a customer service representative in one of the call center companies here BENIN (MTN BENIN). I was trained to manage 7 other queues in the same campaign. I also have some back office or data entry experience as I was also trained to do some back office tasks when my former company was understaffed in its back office department.
