I have almost 8 years of experience in customer service I can safely say I have good experiences of handling customers and there queries. I have some Human resources knowledge also. I can handle work like: Data entry, Email assistant, chat assistant, offer letters,salary slips, resignation letter, outlet of visiting cards, virtuall assistant ect.
