A former customer service associate and the youngest at the time. It was with my skills in communication that secured me a spot on the CRS account. During my stay, I was able to do things such as taking inbound and making outbound calls, Emailing both customers and the company. I have also worked with applications such as Doc Hub, Google Docs, Spread Sheets and CRM. With just a short span of 10 training days, I became excellent in the field of Customer Service. I have acquired soft skills such as initiative, communication, accountability, creativity, and persuasiveness. I work great with emails and in calls. I am detail oriented, persuasive, friendly, approachable and fluent in English both written and oral that I think are the essentials of the job. I can also maneuver Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and Illustrator.
