I've worked as a Customer Service Representative in BPO for 8 yrs. And is looking for a full-time job as a Virtual Assistant. I believe my work before is similar to the job I'm applying for. 


As Call Center Agents, our responsibilities to clients are to provide technical assistance, handle product complaints, order processing, billing inquiries, shipping inquiries, and other services. Thus, the skills needed to excel here are good communication skills – especially in conversational English, and quick problem-solving skills to handle numerous different types of requests from the caller.


I was also a Subject Matter Expert in Tier 2 where I was tasked to handle data entry work. We log every case escalated to us in Google Docs and Google Sheets, for every case we needed to ask assistance from Tier 3 and/or the Googlers during weekly Syncs/Meetings. We also log every approved manual refund processed. 


We schedule weekly and monthly google meet conferences with internal and global teams. To discuss uncommon cases that need a process to be approved, an update on processes, 


I also help my Team Leader with updating the weekly and monthly team scorecard to be presented to the Operations Manager.
