I worked as a Customer Service Associate for almost 4 years for a cable company in the United States. I was a billing and sales agent at the same time. Assisting customers mostly about billing queries and pacifying irate customers without sacrificing the quality of the call is one of my role as a CSR. I have been a consistent top seller and a top agent for 6 months which gave me an opportunity to be go up the ladder as an Assistant Supervisor. I can work under pressure and submit clients request on time with no/minimum supervision.
