You can call me Marie for short. A single mother of 2 wonderful kids aged 14 and 12 respectively. I am working since 2004 and luckily joined the world of call center way back 2008. I've been in the BPO industry for 12 years now and never regretted a day in my life being a customer service representative. I started as a Directory Assistant with Verizon Wireless wherein my duty was to provide correct information to callers who asked for numbers or addresses of people and businesses. Next, I joined TATA Consultancy Services and became a Customer Service Representative under Nationstar Mortgage. I took inbound calls for those customers who needed information and assistance with their mortgage accounts. Third, I got a chance to work with Capital One Bank and American Express as a Collections Representative. From those companies, I gained the knowledge on how important credit scores are to Americans. Lastly, I am currently a Customer Sevice Associate with Sykes Asia under Prudential Financial of America. Here, I am helping policyholders, brokers, agents and authorized third parties with their inquiries about life insurance.
