As s Customer Service Expert I assess myself with good command in English, either in writing and speaking. Also, I've work in a lot of company dealing with customer through e-mail and phone. As I experience working abroad, I've learned a lot of way on handling difficult customers and language barrier. When it comes to knowledge, I am good with Microsoft office, Google drive, Email response Service and Researching. I have a bit knowledge of other related needs of a Company like Photoshop, Telemarketing, Sales, Editing, Writing, Market Research and Personal Assistance. Although, I'm far from being expert, I am willing to train and develop myself for further learning. Also, I have ways to figure out things that is needed using my skills and knowledge. I am looking for a long-term and stable job where I can earn as well as learning and helping to build strong business.
