I am a customer service representative with more than 3 years of experience in the BPO industry. I had developed skills in: -Handling calls from customers. -Multitasking such as navigating work tools while talking to customers. -Speaking the English language fluently with correct grammar. I had practiced my profession as a teacher as well by doing home tutorials hence I have expertise in: -Speaking the English language -Writing in English -Communicating with foreign people -Using and managing social media sites -Utilizing microsoft word, powerpoint and excel.
