- Billing issues ( explain the fees why they had been charged). - Issue of the purchased item. - Explain some page of the site is no working and check if there is a common issue with the Technical team. - Account information updating after verification process. - Shipping policy. - If the issue is not available on the tools or knowledge based, as a process I will send a report through email to my Supervisor and once I do receive an updates, I will get back to a member via email with the result of their issue.
