I have several customer service experiences. I worked as a technical and billing support agent for a cable, internet and phone company for almost 2 years and assist customers through calls. I also worked as a chat support agent for over a year for a company that offers Android support and monitoring services. I assist customers in setting up their devices for Android rooting, unrooting and unbricking. As a chat support agent, I also assist customers with Android and iOS monitoring concerns. My other billing support experience is from a company that assists customers who want to apply for a US and Canadian VISA. As a billing agent, I handled calls and emails with billing concerns and I am also tasked to send responses with evidence against a chargeback/dispute that was filed by a customer through their bank.
