My previous job is under gaming account, I assist players with their gaming, technical, reports, player reports, threats issues. We were given a time to test the game, mainly Fortnite and Rocket League. Working under Gaming accounts is tough, and I've handled difficult clients. I am familiar if a certain tech issues need an escalation, specifically a more complicated issue. Some may need to be redirected to a specific support (e.g. Microsoft, Xbox, PSN, etc.).
I am also familiar with basic network troubleshooting. I know how to review game logs and launcher logs. I am a chat and email support, it's a hybrid account. Not only that, but I mostly assist players with game issue, bug reports, threat and tech issues. I am one of the top performing agent. I can perform 60–90 tickets per day. My CPH exceeds the CPH median of the whole site.
