I have extensive experience in customer service both sales and collections. I worked in rent to own for several years. Have had to keep track of profit and losses, store growth and expenditures, manage several employees, and uphold a high level of customer service at all time. I was in change of all marketing and financing for my store. I keep excellent records and have some experience book keeping I have excellent communication skills with a bachelors degree in psychology. I specialized in Occupational psychology. I am skilled in conflict resolution with customers as well as helping them find what their needs are. My typing and e-mailing skills are vast and I am quick to finish a task. I am very good at multi-tasking and have a very up beat and positive demeanor. I am able to manage a task alone but also work with others if needed to find the most efficient route to finishing a task.
