My name is Mary Grace Isip and I offer my VA services to business owners. I have been working in Airbnb for over 4 years now. I started as Support Ambassador and now working as a Supervisor.


The tasks that I've done for my previous clients are managing their listing settings and pricing and make their listings more competitive than the others. While for guests, I make sure to find them the best and quality listings on their preferred place and date. I also do mediation for Hosts and Guests if ever they had conflict on their reservation.


Aside from the work experience I mentioned earlier, I would like you to know that I also had experience as a technical support for Apple iOS, billing representative in Telstra (Australian telco) for 2 1/2 years, Fashion Consultant/Cashier in Zara Rockwell Philippines. My work has allowed me to hone my skills at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure, can work honestly without or less supervision, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively. Enthusiastic and a team player also skilled in providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
