I am working for a Financial service provider Exchange4free as money transfer agent , previously i worked as a team manager at Campion Financial services, responsible for managing a sales team, training and supporting staff members, allocating workloads and tasks and ensuring that service standards are met and also liaising regularly with other higher management to discuss company procedures, standards, and goals to ensure that my team operates towards all of them. Prior to this position I worked as a sales administrator at Channel Dynamics providing support to the sales team, and technicians, processing orders, keeping customer records and providing customer support . I also worked as a customer Service advisor at British gas. In the above-mentioned roles, I have gained extensive experience dealing with customers globally and internal staff members. I have learned how to handle customers’ telephonically and face to face responding efficiently and effectively to any customer queries. I have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in an interactive environment like customer service and sales. I am patient but firm with difficult customers and have great experience resolving customer disputes. With six years’ experience in the customer service industry, I have developed a warm, approachable and professional manner. As a customer service assistant, I have had experience using database management systems, in particular, Siebel and SAP database system. I have also had extensive experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. These skills were fine-tuned through the Microsoft Office course I undertook in 2004. I am a hardworking and enthusiastic employee and would love the opportunity to advance my career with join your company
