- Supervises and assists multiple employees daily to assure work productivity and efficiency - Provides training to new employees - Insures all new employees are trained appropriately and able to assist customers - Provides assistance to customers daily, via phone, email and chat - Provides information to customers concerning any product - Is responsible for problem resolution among customers and employees - Creates and maintains a secure and clean work environment for all employees - Is responsible for the resolutions of problems concerning inventory and shipping mishaps - Has direct contact with company professionals outside of the office to ensure all orders are complete and shipped correctly - Produces monthly reports which aide in maintaining accurate inventory levels and consistent customer satisfaction
