I have several years of customer care support experienced (including online, over the phone and in person) and, for the last 5 years working in a bank industry as a customer relations associate and accounting staff airline industry for two years, I have been using Crm, Edge, Oracle, and lotus notes. I managed my own eCommerce business before through Facebook. I sell fashion clothes, cosmetics, bags and shoes recommending high quality of products. I also have a wealth of experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,Microsoft power point and my new favorite, Google drive to build daily recording, weekly and monthly reports, bank reconciliation, quick books clean up, record newly opened accounts and existing account balances.
