I've been in a BPO company for 9 Years and 1 year in Homebase. What i am doing as a Customer Service Representative, I do Oubound/Inbound and Appointment setter and what we do is we are doing an initial point of contact and this is our job to help customers, answer their questions and to provide assistance.Job functions may include resolving complaints, processing exchanges, or routine calls for providing information and guidance. And As a data entry and customer service specialist, you will likely spend most of the day on the phone with customers, either collecting or offering them information. You may work at a call center or at your employer’s location. You may also provide online customer service, such as through a web-based chat program or via e-mail.
