I have 1 year of experience in Customer Service, 2 years and 5 months in Background Verification and was also a Biller/Data Entry for 2 years and 8 months assisting U.S customers. Communication is my passion. I enjoy spending hours communicating with customers and assist them with love and willing to help with their concern and in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience, I have acquired and enhanced the skills that have always been part of my personality such as patience, empathy, calmness and positive attitude. Being part of a BPO industry is actually my ultimate dream since I was in college. That is why I did not apply for any other industry because I want to achieve my dream. However, because of my health condition, I decided to stop working and now that I’m already well and good and decided to apply and work from home. I am always willing to learn and enthusiastic to willfully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
