Being in the BPO industry for 11 years, I am highly proficient in delivering quality customer service thru voice, email and chat support. I am highly adaptible to change as it is the only constant thing in this kind of industry. I learn things quickly and enjoy helping customers to address their problem with the product they are interested or if they have questions in mind. I also experienced handling a team as a Team Lead Trainee which is responsible in providing feedback, coaching, supporting and motivating each team members to hit their goals. I also love imparting knowledge and helping team members be knowledgeable about the product so I got a chance to be a Product Trainer for a Telco account and also been a chat support for the same account. Aside from a telco account, I also had an experience as a live chat support for a close to financial account which is like a lending company.
