Hello, my name is Edna Marie Abobot. I've been working in the customer service field for 10 years. Mostly office based but since the pandemic started, I switched to working from home. Technically been working for more than a year in a home-based setup. Home-based setup has a lot of challenges. There were a lot of distractions. being too comfortable at home is also a challenge. But I was able to overcome it by becoming more focused and making a room that stands as my office so that I avoid distractions and too much comfort. Aside from being a customer service representative, I was promoted to Team Leader twice. I am knowledgeable not just in handling customers with white glove service and with satisfaction, but I can also contribute to action planning and execution, complaints handling and procedure, and many more. I became a top FCR agent not just on-site but companywide across the Philippines, I am always on top in terms of my CSAT survey results and because of my performance, I was promoted as a Team leader. Other than this, I was also given a chance to become a complaints manager and a credit champ. After my corporate journey, I started freelancing and was able to land as a customer care representative/Admin Assistant, particularly in property management and real estate.
