I have 5 years experience as Customer Service helping customer provide quality resolution. Based on my experience, customer service offers a lot of services like appointment setting, chat support if there is a problem in the order that can be resolve within the day or create a ticket and I even manage email. These are few common services but it has a lot to offer. Today, I am willing to take new risk, I want to be engage in freelancing, I want to work remotely, to work directly with client, this is an advantage for me coz I am fast learner, I can work with minimal supervision, I'm a self starter.
