I'm an aspiring VA and would like to start a career working at home. Been in the corporate world for the last 10 years. I can say most of the job description or requirements for being a VA are closely the same skills I have learned working as a customer service representative, mortgage specialist, billing analyst, and the most recent as a research remediation analyst level 2. I've handled credit cards, mortgage, healthcare and fraud claims account. I would love to tell more of my skills and looking forward to sharing my expertise and capabilities.
