I have started working as a Technical Support Specialist for Alorica Philippines Inc., under their Verizon Online program back in 2014. I handled both business and residential DSL accounts and on the same program I also got an up-training for Verizon POTS. On the same year, I was hired at VXI Global and I was under AT&T Uverse Care (Residential). Within a year, I got promoted to Tier 2 for being consistent with my scores and attendance. I also worked as a repair support for AT&T Unified Messaging on the same company. After almost a year, I was transferred to AT&T Uverse Business Care where i also got promoted to Business Care Consultant 2 after 6 months on the account for being consistent with my performance and attendance. All of my working experience for six years with these telco accounts have allowed me to improve my troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues presented in a timely manner. I was trained to provide the best resolution without compromising the quality of service given to each of our clients. Also, having to deal with different kinds of people everyday for four years have helped me with my customer service skills and handling calls better thru profiling each customers that i speak with.
