Hi, I am Zulhaiden Montes. I have a college degree in Bachelor of Science in Information technology, major in system/website development. Currently, I am working as a customer service representative for a Retail account that handles customers' inquiries, processing orders, and tracking orders. This is thru chat, email, or phone. I also tried pursuing my passion for programming. I tried web development using WordPress and other free website creators online. This serves as my hobby whenever I have free time. I have never been given chance yet to do a programming project but I surely won't stop until I got the job. I had this customer service job for at least 4 years and counting. For the past 4 years, I handled a total of 3 different accounts. My first account was sales and billing using a chat portal. I was a chat support representative for AT&T account located offshore(Philippines). Then, I got transferred to the same AT&T sales and billing account but this time we answer a phone call and speak with the customer. It was a challenging account/job but I still managed to be on the top-ranking agent for the past years. These experiences provided skills and knowledge I have now and become successful in this industry.
