I’m Abby, 25 y/o from Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. I graduated from Bicol University College of Arts and Letters Major in English. I’m currently working as a Project Manager at Windstream Enterprise in Concentrix. I’ve been an Order Manager too at Verizon in Accenture for almost 3 years. My first job was with Convergys as a Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years. I can say that I have gained lot of knowledge in Customer Service’s field. I experienced to deal with residential and business to business customers. I’m taking inbound and outbound calls, sending emails, tracking and updating. I’m doing my best in every situation. I am friendly, relient and very keen with tasks. I handled differeny kind of escalations and was able to resolve as soon as possible. I prioritize customers/clients need. I follow instructions and rules. I also give importance to the fact that, “the priority of every company is to provide highest level of customer service”. I have a full time job from 9PM to 6AM SE Time (Philippines) and very much willing to work 4 more hours per day.
