I have been in the customer service field for almost six years. I have worked most on inbound calls and upselling. I was promoted to trainer position and was able to handle new hire classes for about a year. I would say that I am a very determined individual making my way to the top to reach my goal. I worked effectively and efficiently because I want to challenge myself in every single work that I would do and to contribute to the best that I could to the company I will be working with. I always wanted to help others by sharing my knowledge and experiences. I started from scratch, transfered from one account to a way too different account so I can say that I am a fast learner and very much able to cope with changes. I might not have a lot of experiences however I am very much willing to always learn.
