I have roughly 10 years experience dealing with customers or patients in and outside of a healthcare setting. I have learned to no only effectively communicate in person but am proficient with communicating via telephone and email as well. I also am proficient with data entry from entering medical information into electronic medical recording systems or incorporating Excel spreadsheets to increase job efficiency. Also included with office experience comes experience with calling patients as well as appointment setting.
