For the past year and a half, I've been working for one of the most successful startups in Baltics called Vinted. Vinted is a peer-to-peer marketplace to sell, buy and swap clothes. It allows members to communicate directly and has the features of a social networking service where I took the biggest role in consulting/ advising. I am fluent in English, as I have a BA degree in English Philology. I also know Lithuanian and Russian languages. My best advantages are: - Communicating with members via email - Answering member’s questions - Keeping an eye on community needs and the feedback we get, then passing it onto everyone at the job place. - Being the face and voice of the company - the very first person members contact when they have questions. - Testing/ creating web/app notices. Website administrator skills. - Data entry/ ticketing system skills I am always ready to learn new things, work with different people and generate new ideas.
