I have worked in customer care and service for over 15 years. By creating a welcoming and honest experience for customers, I am able to get products in the hands of customers who need them, and even some that don't. I've managed multi-million dollar businesses and created additional sources of income for these businesses. I have lead teams of Peace Officers through live training, executing successful missions upon completion of that training. I have completed countless undercover operations while keeping my team safe. I work well under pressure and I accept responsibility for my team. I will do what it takes to get the job done, and I will do it correctly the first time.
