I have over 15 years of customer service experience with the majority of those years being in a management position. I have spent the last 3 years working for a nationwide law firm as an Intake Specialist. I feel I excel in managing teams by taking every person's ideas into consideration, always distributing a fair amount of work to everyone, training them when needed, and cheering them on while they complete the work. Aside from that, I have taken on several different roles where I gained a fair amount of knowledge from. These roles include Intake Specialist, Onboarding, Social Media Moderator, Social Media Marketing, Virtual Assistant, and Customer Service Evaluation. I am a hard worker that takes pride in my work, making sure everything is completed with the utmost accuracy. If there is software I have not used before, I can assure you I will learn it quickly on my own. To keep busy in my downtime, I also do side work on Amazon's Mechanical Turk completing transcriptions, surveys, translations from English to Spanish, data entry, and research work.
