Having successfully completed these key modules, Selling Strategies and Practices, Service Marketing, Marketing Communications, Marketing Research and others, I now have a solid foundation in the tools, processes and methodologies required to successfully understand Marketing operations in any organization. My experience in customer service and administration attained from my capacity as a Cashier at the Only One Jamaican Restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts and tenure at National Solid Waste Management (NSWMA) as Administrative Assistant, will demonstrate my willingness to take on challenging roles, complete duties effectively, sufficiently serve customers and prove that I have acquired complete knowledge of administrative responsibility which go hand-in-hand with Management and reporting. Apart from the above stated competencies, I also bring to the table proficiency in Communication skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines and comfort working in a fast paced environment developed from my previous employment history discussed. I have proven my ability to learn challenging concepts quickly and have developed competencies in diverse areas, including: Administrative Management, Customer Relationship management and the ability to work independently and within teams. Through review of the job description, it is evident by my unique mix of work experiences, education and motivation to excel that I will be a valuable asset to this department.
