I have drastic exoerience as a Customer Service Representative which developed my multi-tasking skills, ability to provide resolution in an efficient manner, good at communicating effectively with customers. I am also computer-literate, and easily trainable. My pace of learning new things is fast since I am a curious worker who loves learning new things. I am a goal-oriented person, always aiming for excellency, and also a team-player who loves a little friendly comptetition. I also have minimal experience in lead generation, and has experience with basic sales, (i.e. Upselling Phone Accessories, Phones, Rebates, Promos, Discounts, Data plans, etc.). And lastly, I know a the basics of Microsoft tools, but I am still far from mastering all of it.
