I have experience working as a Customer Service Officer(Asst. Manager) in the banking sector, Where I've been Responsible for timely processing of bank transactions like Fund transfer, Che-ques,Ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and improving customer service levels. I also have the experience of assisting, guiding and resolving the issues of customers pertaining to the financial products like Trading-demat A/c's, Mutual funds, and all the other Alternate Channels in banking Industry, By doing this I have gathered knowledge about all the financial products in the financial Industry.
