Since I do customer service, I have a polite phone manner. I’m good at listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns with good communication skills, both written and verbal. Easily understand their needs and concerns in order to be able to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible. Provide information about products and services, handle returns or complaints patiently, give reliable answers or solutions as needed to resolve concerns or any problems as efficiently and effectively as possible. I’m also good at duties such as entering data, maintaining databases and client files, managing hard copies, scanning documents and handling other data-related tasks. Entering accurate data while following all regulations and maintaining confidentiality is all part of the job. Aside from that I have a proficient typing skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills, very organize, equipped with administrative skills.
