Hi, I am an experience customer service rep. I currently work for Vistaprint for almost 2 years. I am passionate about providing customer service because after all, you do want your customers to remain loyal right? I am experienced, iImake customer outbound calls, I speak fluent English, I manage my time wisely and ensure that your job gets done. I currently work in Jamaica at the Vistaprint office and i have been rewarded several times to great customer service. Recently i have been promoted to the order review team which I review orders pretty much. I am also train in the Design Field. I also know some Spanish and French, I can translate. I have taught a few Music classes in the past, the Drumset, Keyboard and the Bass Guitar on a Beginner Level.
