Working in a Call Center industry for more than a decade gained me knowledge, experience, leadership skills and the ability to adapt to changes. Being a customer service professional molded me to become an expert in this field. I've done voice and non-voice support that includes data entry, order creation and follow up, modify account details, email handling, provide resolution and alternatives. I don't stop learning. I seize every opportunity to learn more, to adapt more and become an expert on my chosen career. It is because I am committed and passionate in whatever I do. Having no experience in home-based career doesn't stop me from going here. I am challenging myself to be good on this field. And I will study and learn every ounce of knowledge I can get to become one of the best.
