I have experience working as a Customer Service in BPO iQor Philippines. I've been taking calls for almost a year and applied for Real Time Analyst from our Workforce Management. Right now i am full time Real Time Analyst and have 7/10 rate for using Microsoft Excel, have knowledge with basic formulas, Pivot Table, Macros and Vlookup. Also have knowledge with managing Real Time Queue with Avaya, Five9/VCC and inContact.
