I worked as a Customer Service Associate handling Technical Issues, Order /Exchange/Returns Process, Refunds and Adjustments, help guests and properties with bookings on Booking.com, Retention tasks covering full disconnection of Accounts, transfer of Services and saving customers. I also do sales offering cable, internet and voice services to customers as an additional service on their account.
