I have been a customer service representative over ten years, providing customer support in busy call centre environments for major online retailers. My everyday includes handling escalated calls and finding new and innovated solutions to whatever problems may arise in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. I have unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty, strategic-relationship/partnership-building skills - listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and use tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes. In later years I have ventured into the technology field. I have gained experience in Quality assurance and data entry . I also have a diploma in Supervisory Management.
