Hello! I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for the past 2 years. During that time I've been well trained and certified agent. I worked with Convergys, one of the biggest BPO companies in Philippines, I was a chat support agent for COMCAST (Billing and Sales Dept.). Also worked with Teleperformance for Priceline (Billing and Sales Dept.). And the latest is with Telesenergy, I do call and email support for National Charity Services ( CAPITAL AUTO AUCTION). Also, I've been a Virtual Assistant. I've created digital caricatures (2d-3d),flyers and postcards for marketing purposes. I and my partner collaborates in creating digital art.I'm managing social media accounts, client and business research and handling client inquiries. What I enjoy most about my job, I'd say giving direct support to my clients in a way that really makes a difference.
