With my 3-year BPO experience, I was able to handle email transactions. I have done outbound calls as well as follow up to our customers' concerns. But most of my 3 years was handling inbound calls ion which we encounter different concerns and different attitudes. I was also given the task to be an SME (subject matter expert) in which I also do supervisory calls. I check the teams' attendance every day, answering the agents' questions when they don't the process and also did some realtime feedback during their calls. I am a flexible person and I am willing to learn new things every day. Thank you!
