Thru my experience I was able to gain my knowledge and confidence in performing my role. I've been a part of Call Center industry for more than 3 years and now I am a part of a growing company as Quality Assurance. As a team player I can easily adapt to changes. I am eager to accept new challenges and willing to share my knowledge with my team. I will use this opportunity to grow in my career.
