Iam a self-motivated, hardworking, determined and self-confident, Godfearing person who is able to work in a team and inspire others, although I have been fortunate to have worked in a hotel setting as customer care and cashier, my long term goal is to work in an organization such as yours During my time at the hotel industry I learned so much in teamwork and sharing of information I also learned so much in customer care such as listening to customer complaints, looking for possible solutions, and making sure that I follow up on all customer inquiries.I also took up cashiering where I used to bill using ms type of billing. I was also in charge of handling the petty cash book. In executing my duties I have developed strong customer relations skills with a genuine understanding of how to identity, build, and manage relationships with multiple personalities.
