I was trained for Technical Support inbound calls. I received calls from clients regarding their internet connection since I was working with Comcast. I need to inform clients or customers about the issue and on how they could troubleshoot that in their end. But before doing all those stuff, verifying the account was very important. But if the customer could't do that or unsuccessful, I need to to do that for them. It would take time in troubleshooting, in order for me not to make the customers upset I need to talk to them with empathy and build a good connection to them so that they would trust me. I am also working as an ESL teacher. My students are from Japan, China and Vietnam.
