Customer Service Representative/ HR

I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 3 years with BM Global company based on US and Canadian Projects. It started off with the US-based Limousine Cab service provider Firm. I was responsible for taking inbound booking calls, Dispatch the order in CRM and check the availability of the cars in order to schedule them according to their time. Being responsible for customer service I was handling the customer’s concerns, questions and inquiries which is the cancellation, complaints, bookings, refund, rescheduling over the phone and through email as well. I also worked in the Online chat support department in the same company and in the lost and found department. I have also experienced working in the HR department as a remote staff with an Educational company in the US. My daily task and responsibilities were to handle hiring email account and google hire. Recruiting employees, Search for new employees by carefully crafting a job description, I also take the lead of posting job listing on social media, visiting colleges and university websites. Maintaining policies and HR records, also schedule a phone screening on calendar sent invites, follow up with them regularly, schedule interviews, Grade applications of the applicants and grade their subject tests also send weekly hiring reports.
